Turn Off Your Water Heater

Turning off your water heater will save you money on your gas and water bill as well as prevent flooding.

Inspect Your Sump Pump

Ensure your sump pump is in working order by pouring a bucket of water down the sump pit to raise the water level. If the sump pump correctly ejects water, you’re good to go.

Turn Off Outside Spigots

Slight water flow from an outside water source can go unnoticed but incur a serious water bill if left on for an extended period. The continuous drip can also saturate the ground and seep into your home’s foundation causing cracks and unwanted leaks.
